We promise that we will do our best on your order and produce a beautifully finished product at a more than fair price. That's about the best anyone can honestly do. If we make a mistake on your order or if there is a defect in the fabric or workmanship, we will replace the item at our cost as quickly as possible. However, please remember, that all items we fabricate for you are custom made to your specifications including the fabric you select and measurements you give us. Therefore, we can only accept returns for defects caused by us. If you notice a defect, you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of product delivery.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed once your order has been sent to production. You must contact us with 24 hours if you want to cancel, so we can stop your order before it goes to production. Exceptions are made if we notify you that your fabric is on back order. In the case of a backorder, you can wait for your fabric to arrive, let us help you select a new fabric or receive a full refund.
Waverly Fabric is returnable with a 25% restocking fee unless there is a defect. Defective fabric will be replaced.
Fabric by the yard purchased from our workrooms is not returnable unless there is a defect. Defective fabric will be replaced.
We encourage you to order Full Custom, Traditional Custom and Budget Custom swatches to make sure the fabric colors and texture meet your expectations. All swatches are FREE! Furthermore, we encourage you to call our office for color and texture assistance at 800.377.9182. We do not send out Waverly swatches unless the customer requests a swatch after they have placed a Waverly order with us. We can hold your order until the swatch is approved.
Cut Fabric Orders
When you receive your fabric, please inspect the fabric for flaws, correctness of pattern, color and dye-lot before cutting your fabric at home. No returns can be accepted on fabric once it has been cut. If the fabric is damaged, we will return it at our cost and replace it at our cost.
Undamaged fabric is returnable for credit in the purchased quantity within 7 days; provided it has not been cut once you received it. A restocking charge of 25% will be charged for accommodation returns. Silk is not returnable.A return authorization number must be issued by our customer service department before a product or cut yardage can be returned.
Drapery hardware is returnable for credit within 7 days; provided it has not been cut once you received it. A restocking charge of 25% will be charged for accommodation returns. If your rods are custom cut to specific sizes, the rods are not returnable unless damaged in shipping. Rods damaged in shipping will be exactly replaced. A return authorization number must be issued by our customer service department before hardware can be returned.
All fabricated products are custom made to your specifications. This includes all products in our Full Custom, Traditional Custom, Budget Custom, Waverly Custom and Window Shades and Blinds departments. Normal staging and production time for products is approximately 5 to 20 working days depending on the department. Holidays and our seasonal peak times of the year may effect normal production schedules slightly.
Fabric ships in 1 to 7 working days depending on inventory levels. If a fabric is on back order, we will notify you within 2 days and if you do not want to wait, we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
All orders are shipped UPS ground, FedEx ground, or common carrier (oversize items), which will add approximately two to five working days depending our your location. Expedite service in the workroom and shipping is also available in the event you are under a tight schedule. Please call for expedite questions.
Swatches are sent by first class mail in 1 to 2 working days from date of order

Colors and textures on this web site or on your computer monitor may vary from the actual materials. If an exact color match, fabric weight or texture is expected, please order fabric swatches before placing your order.

We collect 6.35% sales tax on all orders shipped inside Connecticut. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside Connecticut.
