The Royal Valance is a beautiful option for those who like the swag and jabot window treatment look. The standard Royal Valance comes standard in seven pieces (3 Bells, 2 Swoops, 2 Jabots). If you have a larger window, simply add more Bells and Swoops to increase the size.
