We guarantee that we will do our absolute best to beautifully produce your custom product at a very fair price. Frankly that's the best any company can honestly do. If we do make a mistake on your order or if there is a defect in the fabric, shade material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item at our cost as quickly as possible.
To further ensure your satisfaction, we encourage you to use our detailed measuring guidelines located in the TOOL BOX for each product or contact one of our knowledgeable experts if you have further questions about measuring, style, color and/or design.
We also have a FREE Swatch program to make sure the product colors and textures meet your design needs. You can order up to 10 FREE fabric swatches and blinds samples. We believe that is the optimum number for a customer to consider at one time. Too many swatches or samples can simply be overwhelming. If you need additional swatches or samples, you can call or email the design team so we can help you find the perfect colors and texture for your project.
In 2009, we processed several thousand customer orders. We carefully handcraft and inspect each product right here in the United States. However, in the very rare instance that you notice a defect, please contact our customer service department within 7 days of product delivery and we will repair or remake your product.
