Recently I was with my family at their beach house for the weekend. They had to extend their stay until Monday because several weeks earlier, they scheduled a refrigerator service call with a national appliance retailer. The service technician was due between 8am and 12pm that day. At 11am they phoned to say he was not coming and the soonest they could reschedule was three weeks later! As my mother expressed her frustration, the service representative simply hung up. Who does that? Only an employee who knows who they will never be held ACCOUNTABLE. This is a company whose best days are behind them. Why do I bring this up? Because at our company, we fire people that treat customers poorly. We believe in accountability!

We guarantee that we will do our absolute best to beautifully produce your custom product at a very fair price. Frankly that's the best any company can honestly do. If we do make a mistake on your order or if there is a defect in the materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item at our cost as quickly as possible.
To further ensure a positive experience with us, we encourage you to use our detailed measuring guidelines located on each product. You can also visit our Measuring Center or contact one of our knowledgeable experts to help you with measuring, style, color and/or design. We also have a FREE Swatch program to make sure the product colors and textures meet your design needs. You can order up to 10 FREE samples. Once your swatches are mailed, your account is reset and you can place another swatch order. We keep it at 10, so you won't be overwhelmed. In 2012 we had a record year and processed several thousand customer orders. Each and every product is custom made to your specifications right here in the United States. In the very rare instance that you notice a defect that occurred during production, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of product delivery and we will repair or remake your product as quickly as possible. However, please remember, that all items we fabricate for you are custom made to your specifications. This includes the fabric you select, style and measurements you give us. Therefore, we can only accept returns for defects caused by us. We are confident that you will love your products and the level of service from our company.
