Cancellation Policy
Custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed once your order has been sent to production. You must contact us with 24 hours if you want to cancel, so we can stop your order before it goes to production. Exceptions are made if we notify you that your fabric is on back order. In the case of a backorder, you can wait for your fabric to arrive, let us help you select a new fabric or receive a full refund. Waverly Fabric is returnable with a 25% restocking fee unless there is a defect. Defective fabric will be replaced. Fabric by the yard purchased from our workrooms is not returnable unless there is a defect. Defective fabric will be replaced.
