A Traverse Rod is used to open and close drapes with a pull cord and sliding brackets.  They can be decorative using a variety of styles and finishes or a simple non-decorative white rod.  The non decorative traverse rods are not seen and hidden by the drape.  The Decorative traverse rods are meant to be shown off.  You can achieve this by the pin setting.  For decorative traverse rods, the drapery pins are set higher on the back of the drape.  The pin set will need to be determined once you know what rod you are going to use.

Decorative Traverse rods are cut to you exact length whereas non-decorative rods are standard adjustable sizes.  Either way, we have all types of traverse rods for hanging your custom drapery.

All Drapery Traverse Rods can be center split, draw right or draw left.  This is something that is specified when you place your order.
