We ship a lot of headboards out a day!  Most of our customers know exactly what they want when they come to our site, however there are a few ‘terms’ that we want to make sure you know about.

Our Custom Upholstered headboards can be made with or without cording.  Just so you know, the cording is a fabric wrapped welting, referred to as cording that is 1/4″ in diameter.  We use cording (welting) often when making custom window treatment and custom bedding.  This addition to any product really finished it off.

For a more modern contemporary look, you may choose to have no cording at all.  This Straight Upholstered headboard in the picture above is made with a self welt or self cord.  You may opt to use a difference fabric for the cord.  In that case, you would just ask for a contrast welt or cord.  Same thing.
