Every day we speak to our customers and ask them how could we improve your shopping experience with us? Armed with this information, we redesigned the look and navigation of the site to make shopping with us easier. In February, we converted the site to the new look and navigation. We added the Free Samples page where customers view all the fabrics on our site in one place and then simply click on the fabric to see all the products made in that fabric. We also changed from charging $1 per swatch to a completely free swatch program.
Customer reaction to our improvements has exceeded our expectations. We continue to see our business grow in a difficult housing market and a slow down in the US economy. More and more consumers are shopping with us to save big on decorating their homes. Homeowners still want their homes to look fantastic, but are more conscious of the cost. Fortunately, we are in the position to save them hundreds and in many cases thousands of dollars on their decorating projects.
