The fabrics you see on our site are stocked in bolts and cut based on the finished product you order or the number of yards you wish to purchase.  Custom finished products ship in approximately 12 to 20 working days from the time you place your order.

• Order fabric swatches for $1.00 each (covers shipping and handling), which is credited towards your next purchase.
• Follow our measuring guidelines, which can be found in our Resource Center.  If you have any doubts, please contact us by phone, fax, live chat or email.
• Although we inspect our products before shipping, when your products arrive, immediately inspect them.  If you find any defects from production or shipping, please immediately contact us by phone, fax, live chat or email.

Returns - All products on our web site are custom made to your specifications (fabric, size, quantity), we accept returns for defects in the fabric or workmanship for replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date and we will work with you to quickly resolve your claim. All returns will require the original packaging. Please call 800.377.9182 and speak to a customer service representative. We will then give you return instructions and send you a return label by email. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will contact you. Sorry, but we cannot accept any products with any indication that the item has been used in any manner. These include stains, smudges, tears, or dirt and other such signs of use. In such cases, the products cannot be accepted for replacement.

Cut Fabric Orders - Upon receiving your cut fabric, please inspect it for flaws, correctness of pattern, color and dye-lot before cutting your fabric at home. No returns can be accepted on fabric once it has been cut.
